University of Tennessee at Chattanooga wrestlers Bryce Carr and Scottie Boykin won their weight classes Sunday at Army's Black Knight Invite in West Point, N.Y.
It's the second tournament title for each this season. They also finished first at Virginia Tech's Hokie Open this month.
On Sunday, Carr (184 pounds) finished with two major decisions and an 8-3 win against Army's Noah Stewart in the final. Boykin (197) won two decisions before an 8-0 major decision over Binghamton's Mark Tracy in the title match.
UTC's Alonzo Allen (125) was second with a major decision and a pin before falling 8-0 to second-ranked Nick Suriano of Rutgers. Roman Boylen (149), Chad Pyke (165) and Justin Lampe (174) placed third, while Dylan Forzani (157) and Connor Tolley (285) were fourth.
The Mocs return to competition Dec. 2 with duals against Davidson and North Carolina State, with the first in Davidson, N.C., and the second against the ninth-ranked Wolfpack at Lake Norman High School in Mooresville, N.C.
