Emissions testing ‘makes the poor poorer’
If Hamilton County officials are concerned about the poor, they will do away with the emissions testing that unfairly puts a burden on those who can’t afford to pump possibly hundreds of dollars into an otherwise perfectly running car. They need to get to work while other counties around us have no such burden.
Emissions testing accomplishes nothing but making the poor poorer while hundreds of thousands of cars and semis travel through this city every week.
I hope the voters will hold politicians accountable at election time.
