Janet Williams, aka the Tennessee Tramp, is back in her home state and taking the stage at The Comedy Catch, 1400 Market St., Thursday through Sunday, April 12-15.
Williams doesn’t hold anything back in her over-the-top jokes about marriage, divorce, men and women. She’s been watching the news and trash TV, and has lots to say about both. If you’re squeamish she’s not your gal, but if you like over-the-top comedy, you’ll love her.
Shows are at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Sunday, when tickets are $10. Tickets are $16 for the weekend’s other shows at 7:30 and 9:45 p.m. Friday, 7:30 and 10 p.m. Saturday. Saturday’s late show is a costume contest.
