Bill Killian joins Chambliss law firm
Former U.S. Attorney William “Bill” C. Killian has joined the Chattanooga law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. Killian will concentrate his practice on regulatory investigations, white collar criminal defense and governmental law.
Killian has been trying cases for more than 40 years and has extensive experience in representing, advising, and defending clients in governmental and administrative matters and white-collar criminal defense cases. He will assist Chambliss’ clients in the health care, financial services, government utilities, manufacturing, and public service industries.
Killian served as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee from 2010 to 2015 and has extensive experience with federal, state, and local courts, including various state supreme courts.
