Austin (Ala.) offensive linemen Zachary Fox and Marquice Robinson committed to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football program during the Mocs’ most recent recruiting weekend, giving them seven committed players for this cycle and 20 for the 2018 class.

In addition, Pearl-Cohn defensive lineman Chandon Page’s commitment became official.

The 6-foot-4, 250-pound Fox, was selected to the DecaturDaily.com Class 5A-6A all-area team, helping pave the way for Auburn signee Asa Martin and Coastal Carolina signee Antonio Robinson. He picked the Mocs over North Alabama – which is moving up to the Football Championship Subdivision – and Kentucky Wesleyan.

“UTC had a rough start to their season last year, but they finished very strong,” Fox said Monday. “Once I heard and watched their offense, I knew it was well thought out, and I could see the vision clearly for the team.”

Marquise Robinson (6-4, 315) was a first-team all-state selection in Alabama Class 6A. He chose the Mocs over Football Bowl Subdivision programs Southern Miss, Georgia State, Middle Tennessee State and South Alabama, as well as FCS schools UT-Martin, Mercer and Eastern Kentucky.
