A man has been arrested in connection to an assault that took place in the 5700 block of Brainerd Road Friday night, according to a news release from Chattanooga police.
Ervin Moore, 38, is charged with aggravated assault.
Police got the call at about 11:43 p.m. and found Rodger Thomas, 30, lying on the ground and bleeding. He was taken to a local hospital, and his injuries are considered life threatening, the news release states.
Through the investigation, police found enough evidence to charge Moore.
