The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office corrections corporal who was arrested on drug charges now faces two new charges, according to the sheriff’s office.

Cpl. Kaquience Williams was arrested Tuesday after she was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop that afternoon.

After further review of the incident, Williams was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Williams was booked last night at the Hamilton County Jail and was released on a $3,000 bond. She’s been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of a criminal and internal investigation.
