The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s soccer match, originally scheduled for Friday to be played at Engel Stadium, has been moved to Thursday night at Finley Stadium at 7.
The Mocs are on a four-game winless streak after starting the season 3-1. They battled to a 2-2 draw last Friday at home against Murray State, holding a one-goal lead for nearly 30 minutes before the Racers scored with about six minutes to play. That game was followed by a 2-1 loss at Austin Peay on Sunday in which the Governors scored on a penalty kick with about 30 minutes to play.
“We hope to bounce back on Thursday night with a better performance,” UTC coach Gavin McKinney said.
The Mocs are still led in scoring by sophomore Chloe Arnold’s five goals. Masey Fox, Lauren Dluzewski and Bailey Gale each has scored twice.
