BARRY COURTER: Lisa, you know I am calendar challenged, so first I need to apologize to fans of Dr. B and The Ease and Spinster for getting their Noontunes dates mixed up last week. Dr. B performed last week, and the singing sister trio is this Wednesday at noon at Miller Park.

LISA DENTON: At least anybody who showed up expecting one and getting the other could still enjoy good music. And the mention of Spinster gives me another chance to say glockenspiel, which they play.

I’ve decided to start using the word in other ways besides as a reference to a musical instrument. As in: I’ve heard about all the glockenspiel I can take from you for one day.

BARRY: I like it. A lot.

LISA: That would apply only to someone running off at the mouth, certainly not to Spinster’s playing.
