All lanes of traffic are now open as Chattanooga police are working the scene of a crash with “serious injuries,” according to a tweet from the Chattanooga Police Department.
TRAFFIC ALERT: CPD working a traffic crash w/ serious injuries in 4800 block of Hwy 58. Two lanes open both northbound & southbound. Avoid area – traffic is heavy. Use caution as emergency personnel is working in that scene.
