James Gregory, nicknamed The Funniest Man in America, returns to The Comedy Catch, 1400 Market St., on his “Crock Pots and Chicken Legs Tour.”
Gregory’s wry sense of the absurd makes even the simplest of events hilarious when told in his Southern drawl.
Show times are Friday, Dec. 13, at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 14, at 7 and 9:15 p.m. Tickets for all shows are $27.
Bookending Gregory’s performances will be Moody Molavi with shows Thursday, Dec. 12, and Sunday, Dec. 15. Show time is 7:30 p.m. both nights and tickets are $11.
Molavi’s clean comedy keeps audiences laughing as he talks about growing up in the South, being a husband, father, uncle and brother.
