UPDATE: Willie Jay Boyd has been captured, according to a tweet from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday night.
Boyd was captured in Rossville, Ga., by the Walker County Sheriff’s Department with assistance from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit, the tweet states.
