A gaggle of geese got a helping hand while crossing busy Gunbarrel Road Tuesday afternoon.
Hamilton County Chief Deputy Austin Garrett was on his way home at around 5:30 p.m. when he saw them crossing the road.

"I pulled into the intersection with lights on to block traffic for them to cross safely," Garrett said. "It was hilarious they were walking in the actual crosswalk area like they knew not to jaywalk!"
He said the the whole event took about a minute or less.
"Didn't want to see them get hit by a car that might not have seen them," he said.
