So it turns out a surprising number of you actually hate Thanksgiving food. According to a recent Harris Poll of more than 2,000 adults, 68% of Americans secretly despise one of T-day’s mainstay dishes, but eat it anyway because of tradition.
Among the least favorite foods? Twenty-nine percent said canned cranberry sauce; 22% said sweet potatoes or sweet potato casserole; and 19% – that’s nearly a fifth of all adults – said turkey.
Interestingly though, one of those above-mentioned foods ranked as Tennessee’s most popular T-day recipe. Here is the complete list of most popular holiday recipes by state.
And, here’s a list of Chattanooga restaurants open tomorrow. Good news for a lot of you. They’ll be serving more than turkey.
In unrelated news, Tesla just made its first pickup truck. And its much-hyped unveiling is now being called one of the most embarrassing auto industry rollouts.
