Artist/muralist Kevin Bate, perhaps best known for murals he has painted around Chattanooga, including the “Fallen Five” on McCallie Avenue, will present “Perception is 9/10s of the Law” on Friday, Oct. 4, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Chattanooga WorkSpace, 302 W. Sixth St.
He describes the collection of paintings as “a chance for me to have a little fun with optical illusions and other things that trick the viewer’s eye.
Most pieces will need to be viewed from a few different vantage points, and some will only work as intended from one exact spot.”
