"Rich and his staff continue to oversee and make sure community programs such as Most Improved Student and Food Drive Sundays are a yearly success." The Lookouts also earned the honor of Don Mincher Organization of the Year, with the league pointing out that they produced record revenue due to a surge in group ticket sales. The league also commended the Lookouts for increasing sponsorship by 9% over last season. Lookouts' trainer Tyler Moos was named Trainer of the Year and bat boy Michael Hawkins was named Bat Boy of the Year, as well.
