More ways to celebrate this weekend
The Charles H. Coolidge National Medal of Honor Heritage Center offers a quintessentially patriotic way to spend the Fourth of July, and this holiday weekend, the brand-new center will welcome guests with expanded hours of 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 1-5 p.m. on Sunday.
Throughout the weekend, living historians in military garb will make appearances in Aquarium Plaza. Just across the plaza, you can also take advantage of special expanded hours at the Tennessee Aquarium: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. As part of the Aquarium’s new health guidelines, timed-entry tickets must be purchased online before arrival.
