Grounding Effect

I’ve been shopping Reflection Riding’s native plant sale for three years and my garden looks the same as it did when I lovingly planted those first spindly young sprouts. In our first feature below, Emily Crisman writes that gardens require a certain degree of faith. But they also take preparation, and all my research, tilling, topsoil and weeding couldn’t make up for the fact that I never tested my soil to see what might grow best or what other steps I might need to take.

Like many other aspects of gardening, it was a lesson with a wider application. This month, we explore some of those offshoots. We also bring you tech, trends and more to help you grow to your full potential.
