Greetings, Chattanooga!
Today marks the start of the Times Free Press “21-Veteran Salute” series. The series features veterans nominated by Times Free Press readers. A panel of veterans selected the 21 honorees, who were then interviewed and photographed by our reporters and photojournalists. During an election season that has felt increasingly divided, this series is a timely reminder to honor those who have served to protect our freedoms. We will publish two stories a day here through Nov. 11.
Let’s get into a few recent stories:
Dante’ Keoke is officially the youngest poll worker in Hamilton County history.
If you are looking for a socially distant outdoor adventure, Rock City has added ‘the most significant trail enhancement project in recent years.’
And here’s a list of fall festivals to check out this weekend.
