As marriage ceremonies ramp up with the ebbing of the coronavirus pandemic, the site of a church-turned-wedding-venue is for sale.

The red brick building with stained glass windows is 121 years old and offers 4,000 square feet of space, according to Michael Kelly of Scenic South Properties LLC.

The site at 901 Lindsay St. is offered as an existing business with upcoming wedding contracts in place, the commercial real estate broker says. It also can host wedding rehearsals and receptions as well as ceremonies.

The building's Grand Hall accommodates up to 250 guests standing and 200 seated for weddings and corporate events. Two foyer entries lead into the hall featuring 15-foot Victorian stained glass windows, 20-foot-high ceilings with antique tiles, wrought iron chandeliers and an orchestra-style stage.
