The city of Dalton is partnering with GeorgiaForward to host a panel of 50 for the 2022 Young Gamechangers program.

GeorgiaForward is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to strengthening communities and creating a talent pipeline for young professionals across the state.

Young Gamechangers is the group’s leadership program. It brings together 50 professionals from across the state to help solve persistent challenges of one Georgia community each year.

Each class works for six to eight months to generate ideas and recommendations for persistent challenges in the selected city, which members present – along with a comprehensive report – at the end of the program.

As this year’s host, officials in Dalton will have the opportunity to submit four areas of challenge for possibility for review.
