MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. (AP) — A former Tennessee Valley Authority worker has been sentenced to three years on probation on a charge that he set up a video camera in a women’s restroom.
The Wayne County man also must pay a $5,000 fine after he was charged in federal court with voyeurism, WHNT-TV reported.
A woman accused the 56-year-old former worker of installing a motion-activated camera inside an air conditioning vent in a women’s bathroom in the TVA’s Muscle Shoals facility, authorities said.
