- Most interesting thing we recently learned: Southeastern Climbers Coalition officially owns Denny Cove, a 685-acre climber’s paradise – free and clear. In 2016, the nonprofit borrowed $150,000 to help purchase the land. Every year since, it has raised roughly $40,000 to pay back the loan – with most of the donations coming directly from climbers.
