The Chattanooga Football Club lost for the third straight match, falling 3-1 late Saturday night to the host Los Angeles Force.

Sean Hoffstatter scored for Chattanooga FC in the 30th minute, five minutes after the Force took the game's first lead, but the home team added goals in the 71st and 89th minutes. The Force improved to 3-0-4 in the National Independent Soccer Association fall season.

CFC also lost 1-0 to the Force on Aug. 28 and 2-1 to Detroit City FC on Sept. 4 as part of a skid that started after a 3-0 win against the Maryland Bobcats FC on Aug. 21. CFC (2-4-0) returns to competition next Saturday against San Diego 1904 FC at 7:30 p.m. at Finley Stadium. San Diego hosts CFC one week later.
