Chattanooga man arrested, then released, after gang-related fight during Howard graduation at Finley Stadium

The Chattanooga man arrested during a fight at The Howard School's graduation ceremony has been released.

Raphael Torres Garcia Colvin, 53, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office after he refused to comply with deputies who were responding to the call of an altercation shortly after 8 p.m. on Friday night at Finley Stadium.

According to an affidavit from the sheriff's office, Colvin was disrupting the investigation of the ongoing incident and was yelling obscenities at responding deputies while refusing to leave after being ordered to do so multiple times.
