Nonprofit organization Remote Area Medical will host a pop-up clinic in Cleveland, Tennessee, this week offering free dental, vision and medical services, according to a news release.

The clinic will be held Friday and Saturday at St. Therese Catholic Church, located at 900 Clingan Ridge Dr. NW. All services provided by the clinic are free and are performed on a first-come, first-served basis. No identification is required.

The patient parking lot will open no later than 11:59 p.m. Thursday and will remain open for the duration of the clinic. Clinic doors will open at 6 a.m. Friday, the release states.

Once residents arrive in the parking lot, they can obtain additional information about the clinic-opening processes and next steps. Patients should be prepared to choose between dental and vision services. All patients are required to undergo a COVID-19 CDC question screening before entering the clinic.

In situations such as inclement weather, volunteer cancellations or other circumstances, the parking lot may open earlier or a smaller number of patients may be served. Patients, especially those who would like dental services, are encouraged to arrive as early as possible, according to the release.

The following services are available at the RAM clinic:

– Dental cleanings

– Dental fillings

– Dental extractions

– Dental X-rays

– Eye exams

– Glaucoma testing

– Eyeglass prescriptions

– Eyeglass manufacturing

– Women's health exams

– General medical exams

The Kidney Foundation-Chattanooga will be on-site, as will the CHI Memorial Breathe Easy Lung Coach for mobile lung screenings. Free, take-home colon cancer screening test kits will also be available.

Since it was founded in 1985, nearly 183,000 RAM volunteers have treated more than 888,000 people with free healthcare and veterinary services, the release states.
