A retail center in Lookout Valley that's close to Interstate 24 is looking for a new owner.

The property at 321 Browns Ferry Road offers 53,723 square feet of retail space, according to commercial real estate broker Ashley Missel of KW Commercial. The site has an asking price of $6 million.

The one-level strip center was constructed in 1993 and renovated in 2019. Some 71 parking spaces are available on the property, according to the broker.

The location is across the street from a QT Travel Center that opened earlier this year. The travel center features a larger designed lot and a more spacious store than a traditional QT, according to the company. It has room to service 18 cars for gas and six diesel bays for trucks.

Last year, a Montana investor bought a riverfront home not far away in Lookout Valley for $8.7 million. The 17,772-square-foot mansion is on 26 acres on the Tennessee River at 502 Browns Ferry Road. The six-bedroom, eight-bath house overlooks Moccasin Bend.
