A Lookout Mountain golf resort plans to hire about 200 workers for its new Curio by Hilton hotel and other golf, lodging and restaurant operations by next spring.

McLemore will conduct hiring fairs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m Tuesday and again Jan. 9 at 32 Clubhouse Lane in Rising Fawn, Georgia. McLemore plans to hire about 200 hourly and salaried positions, including desk clerks, housekeeping staff, service staff and managers.

Individuals hired will not only be working for the Hilton brand but also for global brand Valor Hospitality, which manages properties across the Americas, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, South Africa, North and West Africa and the Commonwealth Independent States. The new Curio Collection by Hilton hotel at McLemore is scheduled to open Feb. 29.

"We're offering employment opportunities that are as unique as the setting McLemore provides," Cloudland General Manager Mike Burton said in an announcement of the job fairs. "We're looking for team members with equal levels of professionalism and excitement about the special place we will be welcoming guests to beginning next spring."
