The Chattanooga Football Club women's team staged a miraculous late rally once again to extend its undefeated start to the 2023 season.

For the second time in three Women's Premier Soccer League matches, Chattanooga FC came back from a two-goal deficit into the 80th minute to score twice, drawing 2-2 with 865 Alliance in Knoxville on Friday night.

Krysan St. Louis scored the equalizer in the 86th minute; it was her third goal this year for CFC (1-0-2), which has five points in the WPSL South Region's Southeast Conference standings. St. Louis also had the tying goal in the 89th minute against the Nashville Rhythm to begin the season on May 20.

Avery Engels started the comeback in the 80th minute in Knoxville with the first goal for CFC, which was coming off last Saturday's 7-0 home win against FC Birmingham.

Friday's match remained scoreless well into the second half. 865 Alliance, which was playing its WPSL opener, broke through in the 67th minute and went up 2-0 in the 73rd.

CFC is also on the road for its next match, facing the Atlanta Fire United at 7 p.m. Sunday.
