A Brainerd High School student was arrested Friday after a stun gun was found during a fight at the school, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
Two female students began fighting in a hallway around 12:20 p.m., and one student allegedly told the other that she had a stun gun. School resource officers intervened and found that one of the students was in possession of a stun gun, a news release states.
The student, 18, was allegedly non-compliant and resisted arrest before she was taken to the jail. She has been charged with bringing a prohibited weapon on school grounds, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, according to the release.
