Celebrating Black-owned businesses

The National Black Market was held at the First Horizon Pavilion in March, celebrating Black entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations. The market was designed to offer business owners a way to showcase their products and services, and gain new exposure they may not reach through the internet alone. Local partners for the event included the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga, the City of Chattanooga, Hospitality TN, Pathway Lending and others.

Business After Hours at UTC

Local businesses gathered at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) University Center this March for Business After Hours, hosted by school's Center for Career & Leadership Development and Office of Alumni Affairs. The free event is part of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce's quarterly series, bringing together an average of 100 community business people for an evening of new connections, sharing ideas and fun.
