A longtime East Lake church building is on the market offering a buyer easy access to major roads and downtown Chattanooga.

The facility at 3201 Clio Ave. has a sale price of $2.5 million, and the building's furnishings and electronics are available for purchase with the property, according to Grace Frank of the Grace Frank Group.

The site has high visibility on a corner lot between two streets. It has a combination of a spiritual sanctuary and versatile space for a congregation, says Frank.

At 33,375 square feet, the facility includes a redone auditorium, providing what Frank says is a welcoming and comfortable environment for religious gatherings. The exact seating capacity can be determined during a viewing and offer flexibility to customize the interior to align with a congregation's preferences and requirements.

Several educational rooms are available, offering space for programs, meetings or community events. The rooms can adapted for specific needs.

The site includes two shared parking lots with a neighboring theatre and provides space for a congregation and visitors.

Frank says sale of the property is contingent on a new survey that will split 3201 Clio Ave. into two separate addresses -- one for the church and one for the theatre. Addresses included in the sale are the church portion of 3201 Clio Ave. and 1804 E. 32nd St.
