Here’s a look at GHSA Region 7-AA for the 2024 football season.

REGION 7-AA OUTLOOK

Team to beat: Rockmart. Despite major losses through graduation, the Yellow Jackets are the heavy favorites thanks to a massive offensive line and the usual elite skill guys.

Watch out for: Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe. If the defense shows improvement, the Warriors have the offensive firepower to challenge for a playoff spot.

Best game: It might not be for the region title, but when North Murray hosts Ringgold on Oct. 11, the matchup will most definitely have major playoff implications.
