Chattanooga native Heidi Fawn Wilson has enjoyed expressing herself through art ever since she can remember. She studied graphic design at Brenau University and later taught art to high school students for eight years. After facing challenges with teaching during the pandemic, she decided to become an artist full-time.

Wilson has been doing live wedding paintings since 2018 and has now completed about 30 paintings for couples all around Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. She enjoys painting the bride and groom while the wedding is actually taking place. "My favorite part is being able to speak with guests throughout the time that I'm on location," she says. "I hear so many interesting stories. I love when folks reminisce on their own love stories and artistic ventures or share a bit about themselves in general."
