Starting Saturday, a runoff election is being held for some Georgia voters: Catoosa County is deciding the Republican winner for two county commission seats, and U.S. Congressional District 14 Democrats are choosing who will face Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene in the Nov. 5 general election.

The runoff election is June 18, but early voting will begin Saturday and continue Monday through Friday next week.

The race for county commission chair has a Republican runoff between incumbent Larry C. Black and former Chair Steven M. Henry.

Catoosa County’s District 3, which covers a north-central portion of the county, also has a Republican runoff. Incumbent Vanita Hullander faces real estate investor and home builder Richard Tharpe.
