Jamarie Jones, 20, faces charges including first-degree murder, aggravated burglary and multiple firearms violations.
Police said Jones put on a mask before walking into the breezeway of the apartments at 1101 Arlington Ave. Surveillance footage then showed Jones appearing to shoot in the direction of the victims and leaving in a car.
Darrisha Danforth, 32, was charged with accessory after the fact. Danforth was driving the car, police said.

When questioned about the shooting, Danforth reportedly first told police that she and Jones had been inside an apartment at the time, according to court documents. Other evidence contradicted her statement, police said.
