New name, same mission: Support our community

For more than a hundred years, Chattanooga Times Free Press readers have generously supported the newspaper’s annual campaign to raise money and support those who have immediate or emergency financial needs throughout the year.

This year, the TFP has rebranded the Neediest Cases Fund campaign with a new name – the Ochs Community Fund. It is a tribute to Adolph Ochs, the then-New York Times and Chattanooga Times owner who began the fund. Though the needs have changed through the years, the commitment to helping the community remains as strong as ever. And we believe Chattanoogans want to be as generous as ever in helping their neighbors.

Donations to the Ochs Community Fund will be administered by the United Way of Greater Chattanooga.
