We read in a state Democratic Party news release that some Democratic lawmakers are touring Tennessee on a “Cost Cutting Caravan” tour.

A week before the election may be a little late for new strategy, but who are we to give them advice?

The tour’s eight points sound like a bucket list you’d execute if you had all the money in the world.

› You would repeal the state’s sales tax on groceries. Who wouldn’t want cheaper food after the Biden-Harris inflationary spikes?

› You would seek health coverage for all working families. Who wouldn’t want everyone to have better health coverage?
