A Bradley County judge has ordered Life Care Centers of America Chief Executive Forrest Preston to submit to two medical examinations within 10 days amid a conservatorship petition filed by his son.
Also, Chancellor Jerri Bryant appointed attorney Katherine Lentz of the Chattanooga law firm Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison to serve as guardian ad litem for the 91-year-old Preston.
Court papers said Lentz is authorized to access the records of Preston in any financial institution in accordance with the law.
Also, Lentz can coordinate and schedule the medical exams of Preston, including transporting him to and from those without attendance of his wife, Kim Phuong (Nguyen) Preston, or any member of her family.
