Reasons include: Raw beef was stored over ready-to-eat food items in the reach-in cooler, raw beef and fish were stored over ready-to-eat fries in the reach-in freezer, raw beef was stored over vegetables in the walk-in freezer, multiple food items in the walk-in and reach-in coolers were stored above the proper temperature, the reach-in freezer had no handles and an indoor door with no easily cleanable cover, one walk-in cooler had no gasket, one walk-in cooler had a ripped gasket, ceiling tiles were missing in the dry storage area and the base board next to the dry storage was not in good repair.
