Hamilton County planning commissioners Monday are set to review a new batch of proposals for developments at their monthly meeting.

The board reviews applications to rezone property and plans for large-scale development in Chattanooga and parts of Hamilton County.

The agenda Monday includes a proposal for a new East Brainerd hotel, a large Hixson subdivision and a coffee drive-through on Broad Street.

County commissioners in June passed a 30-day moratorium on new plats in the county’s unincorporated areas. Plats are plans that show how large developments like subdivisions will be laid out.
