Foods were thawing at room temperature on the cook line. Clean dishes were stacked wet, and a nozzle was below the flood level rim at the triple sink.

A white liquid labeled “corn: in the refrigerator was date-marked Jan. 28. Dishes were stored on top of food in the triple sink. The blender was stored on the drain board of the triple sink, and there was a black accumulation on the refrigerator gaskets.
