The riverfront will soon get a facelift. The federal courthouse is preparing to move. The Tennessee Valley Authority is looking to shed two giant office buildings. New towers and hotels are planned or under construction. AT&T Field is set to be torn down after the Chattanooga Lookouts move to a new stadium, opening Hawk Hill for redevelopment.
