U.S. Rep. Scott DesJarlais shown winning GOP primary

U.S. Rep. Scott DesJarlais is shown winning the Republican primary for the 4th House District by getting 76 percent of the vote.

The Associated Press has DesJarlais with 35,057 votes as 220 of 241 precincts have reported their results.

His opponent, Shannon Kelley, received 10,779 or 24 percent of the vote.
