More than 350 foreign-owned firms have moved to Tennessee over the past 15 years. Among the state's 95 counties, those with the most foreign firms are:

1. Shelby (Memphis), 146 firms, 15,462 jobs

2. Davidson (Nashville) 96 firms, 10,876 jobs

3. Hamilton (Chattanooga) 52 firms, 6,714 jobs

4. Rutherford (Murfreesboro) 50 firms, 10,876 jobs

5. Knox (Knoxville) 45 firms, 2,507 jobs
