University of Tennessee at Chattanooga coach Russ Huesman answers three games heading into Saturday's game at No. 24 Jacksonville State:

1. Will everything that's happened with quarterback Terrell Robinson this week affect the team on Saturday?

Huesman: "I don't think so. I think we've got a close team and I actually felt good [Wednesday, the day after Robinson quit] because I didn't think it divided our team. ... Our guys put it past them. They had a team meeting [Wednesday] and put it behind them."

2. What does UTC need to do better defensively this week?

Huesman: "Obviously we can't give up the big [pass] plays. We can't give up those. I think if you go back and look at it, if we don't give up those throws [at South Florida], we played really solid. But you can't say that. ... After watching the film, we looked like a defense. We looked like a good defense."

3. Have you ever had a week like this in your many years of coaching?

Huesman: "I don't know. I'd rather have a week like this than a week where one of our kids gets in trouble with the law. For somebody to not want to play and it's a good kid, I can understand. For somebody to get arrested for DUI or to make a mistake with the law or to cheat or a test, to me that's a way worse week the what we had."
