Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting and stabbing that sent at least one man to the hospital early this morning.
About 2:45 a.m. police responded to 1713 Wheeler Ave., where a man was found with multiple stab wounds and another had been shot, said Sgt. Jerri Weary, a Chattanooga Police Department spokeswoman.
Antonio Wright, 37, was taken to a local hospital to be treated for gunshot wounds, Sgt. Weary said. His current condition is not known.
Police have not yet released the name or condition of the man who was stabbed.
Charges are pending in the case, Sgt. Weary said.
