Led by offensive lineman Corey Levin, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football players were named to the STATS Football Championship Subdivision All-American team today.

The 6-foot-5, 305-pound Levin, a junior, earned his first All-American honors after being named the Jacobs Blocking Award winner – given to the Southern Conference’s best offensive lineman – for the second consecutive season. He was part of an unit that paved the way for an offense that averaged 241.9 yards rushing and 415.4 yards of total offense per game.

Huesman and Davis were named second team at quarterback and defensive end, respectively. The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Huesman had 2,117 yards passing, 1,244 rushing (the second-best season in school history) and accounted for 26 total touchdowns. He was named the SoCon Offensive Player of the Year for the third time, the first player in school history to do so.

Davis, a 6-foot-4, 260-pound junior, had a school-record 13.5 sacks and 17 tackles for loss in his first full season as a starter. He was named first-team all-conference.
