CBL & Associates Properties, which owns and operates Northgate, announced Thursday that Salsarita will open a 2,730-square-foot eatery next to Old Chicago Pizza at Northgate. The unit will be the second Salsarita’s in Chattanooga. Another Salsarita operates at the Hamilton Corner in East Brainerd,
“We feel there is a lot of energy being created around Northgate Mall with the recent renovations and new additions to the outparcels, as well as the addition of several popular tenants,” said Joey Gaspard, Salsarita’s operating partner in Chattanooga.
The new restaurant will have seating inside and on a patio and will feature Salsarita’s new prototype which includes new colors and layout. Patrons can still enjoy the open kitchen format along with traditional salsa music and the same great menu found at other locations. Salsarita’s expect to employ up to 20 people.
