Choice! Open our schools to parental choice!
Competition increases quality. Allowing students to use vouchers to attend private and public schools without zoning would increase competition, raise the quality of education and challenge administrators to cut costs.
What about racial diversity? One Harvard study says using vouchers increases college enrollment among African-Americans by 24 percent. Have compassion. Free our children! Let them leave failing schools.
